Titi Kwok,son of the regional renown Macau-based national artist,Kwok Se,a leading prominent artist in China artists world,with a series of Macau official stamps issued and enriched with Kwok Se's collection of paintings, was a chairman of the Executive Committee of Macau Artist Society.

Titi is an international committee member of UNESCO-ICOM,CIMAM (International Committee of Modern Art, ICOM, UNESCO, United Nations, under MAM Museum, as institutional member of UNESCO-ICOM,ICOM No:29766).

Titi was born in Singapore, with over 20 years cultural and arts living experiences environment in Melaka, today as one the World Heritage Ciy,proclaimed and inscribed on July 7th,2008m with its universal heritage comprises of world 4 ancient great civilizations which are encysted in Melaka, as legally gazetted as "Core Zone" and "Buffet Zone" of Melaka-World Heritage City (Melaka-WHC).

HERE, No.16, Jalan Tukang Emas (Goldsmith Street),is the arts painting incubator and dreamland of Titi's permanent arts exhibition center,where Titi always personally welcome all visitors and friends of arts and cultural world to his holistic hub.
